Wish I could give 10 stars. I'm literally the pickiest person on this planet when it comes to my eyebrows because I feel like eyebrows shapes someone's entire face. When I get my eyebrows done I kind of feel bad for my eyebrow lady because I hold a mirror and make sure each hair on both sides are exactly the same. Instincts never lie and I had a feeling to trust Breezy's work. Pictures speak a thousand words. I was freaking out a little when I got there but with the consultation she was so patient with me and made sure my nerves were calm and confident before we started. She even had her reshape my eyebrows a couple times during consult to make sure it's the shape I want. I'm surprised she didn't tell me to get the hell off the table and go home because of how picky I was and my 33542 questions I was asking. This review is coming from a students view. I found breezy originally at why not ink tattoo, a place I've gone to for years for my peircings and trust very much. I'm a licensed esthetician and was looking to expand my bussiness. I had spoken to her about her work and where she was certified because I was interested in microblading. She said she teaches classes . She sent me an email with the outline and price. Took some time but once I had the money for the class, 3200$ I gave her the 1600 deposit 2 weeks before my class so she could "order my kit" gave her the remaining 160p the week before. It was supposed to be a 15 day course. She didn't schedule 15 classes in 15 days. It was more like she scheduled 9. I had food poisoning for one and could make it. She cancelled one because she was in the middle of moving. Unprofessional. When you take a class you're supposed to learn from the instructor. Not here. Majority of the things I learn and was tested on from my final where things I found off the Internet. 2 days before the final she said so on your test there's going to be some stuff I went over and some stuff I haven't. In my head I'm like uhhhhm, what did I pay you 3200 for, to tell me to go home and research something I did a bunch of research on before deciding I wanted to do this. On top of that, I reviewed the kit I ordered in bits and pieces. Most of it coming from stuff she ALREADY HAD IN HER ROOM. The stuff she did order I didn't receive until 5 weeks AFTER I finished and was certified by her. It took me telling her I'd have to call my lawyer if she couldn't keep communications open with me about when I'd receive my stuff. And once I got the so called things for my kit, I still didn't have everything she originally told me I'd get. And her response was, I've been patient enough with you, those are small things you can just get them yourself. I would not recommend anyone take a class by her. Or even get their brows done by her. She is a scam artist. She didn't even spend 500 on my kit. And I gave her 3200 dollars. Hope you enjoyed your cosmetic procedure you got with my money breezy. read more

Breezy did an amazing job on my eye brows. I had her touch up someone else's subpar work and they came out more amazing then before. Not only is she reasonably priced she is super sweet and texts me to see how my eye brows are and to make sure I'm happy with them. It's been 2 months and they still look amazing. I would not recommend this business at all. Not only did I get a subpar result, as can be seen from my picture, but Breezy is also disorganized when it comes to scheduling and has made it clear repeatedly that her clients are not a priority for her. I knew that I wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed for a while. I knew I only required a filler procedure since I had quite a bit of my own eyebrow hair, but just needed some filling in. When I first reached out to Breezy to get more information about the process, she responded quickly via text and answered all of my questions. We spoke on the phone and she KEPT SAYING that if I wanted to come in to do the procedure the next day that she would take me right away, and to bring cash! I said let's just meet for a consult first and then I would decide. I went the next day at my appointment time, and Breezy arrived late. That was a red-flag in my mind, but I went ahead and consulted anyway. She seemed knowledgeable and then KEPT ASKING if I wanted to do the procedure, and I said OK. The first session lasted 3 hours, and when I left I really liked the shape of my new brows although they were a bit dark which I know is normal. As I healed, a lot of the color and shape that was done disappeared completely. I called Breezy and texted her about this and she reassured me this was normal and the next session would fix things. I scheduled the next session for November 28th, and again Breezy arrived late, but I was stuck with her now. She waxed me and did the procedure, which lasted another 3 hours. Near the end of the procedure I indicated that the shapes were a bit uneven, and the color was uneven with my right brow looking much lighter than my left. She acknowledged this and said I needed a 3rd session. I was a bit upset that I still needed a 3rd session, but I scheduled it for December 14th, then changed it on the spot for December 7th. When I got home I looked at my brows and I was very unhappy with their uneven shapes and that it appeared that I was over-waxed. I went in with full brows and came out with brows that I felt were too thin. As I was healing I started noticing the shape becoming more and more uneven, but I kept hoping that the 3rd session would fix things. I realized after all that I could not make the December 7th appointment because of a child care conflict, so I texted Breezy to reschedule. I texted her and said that I couldn't make the 7th so could we do the 9th instead. She responded "I'm booked that day", without even suggesting another date. So I texted right back and asked "what other day works?", and NO RESPONSE. I texted her the next morning and asked about the original 14th date, and she responded with "??". Three days later I texted again to see if she was available on 14th, or even 12th or 13th and again NO RESPONSE!!!! I got annoyed and asked her if she was not receiving my messages. She FINALLY responded with a list of things she was busy with and said she could do 13th at 2:30pm. I said OK, and that I would see her on the 13th. On the 7th she texts me and says she has a family emergency and she has to reschedule, and I expressed concern for her and asked when we could reschedule, and then I got NO RESPONSE!!! All of this rescheduling mess was happening while my brows were looking worse and worse by the day! I waited 5 days and then finally sent her a pic of my result and told her how unhappy I was. I indicated to her that not only was I frustrated by the appearance of my brows, but also her repeated lack of care or response. For $600 I expected a reasonable level of follow-up! This time, she actually responded RIGHT AWAY to my issues and proceeds to blame ME for not being organized and having the wrong dates since I was still booked for the 13th!! Ummmmm, what??? She told me to reschedule because of a family emergency! She got increasingly defensive in her messages and said that she refused to go back and forth with me on text and if I wanted to come in for my "SCHEDULED" appointment on the 13th at 3:30pm then I could and if I couldn't understand the process then she would give my slot to someone else!!! How rude for a business owner to say to a client. Anyways, after all of this I still wanted to go to my 3rd session, but Breezy initially told me the appointment was at 2:30pm, and then in her angry texts she said the appointment was at 3:30pm. I didn't know which time it was, so I texted her about the confusion and once again I got NO RESPONSE! I have all of the texts to PROVE that she is completely in the wrong, and does not know the basics of responding to clients questions/concerns and scheduling them in a courteous manner. Regardless of her lack of response, Breezy's unprofessional, disorganized and rude behavior ultimately made me distrust her with my face. read more

Breezy is just amazing. I came in for Microblading last week and am already enjoying the results! It's a dream to not have to fill in my eyebrows every day, and Breezy did an incredible job - not only making them look natural but fixing one that was actually lower than the other. this is my first yelp review because breezy saved me from making a huge mistake by going to an expensive and highly touted salon for this service. microblading is new and i blindly googled the best place to go for it. i was ready to book but yelped it to check out the reviews. more than one person had been utterly disappointed and thankfully one disgruntled client posted breezy's name as the person she went to to get her brows corrected after a disastrous experience. breezy is a true professional and doesn't cut corners. she carefully and expertly draws in each brow -- as anyone should! -- and you come out looking like you have brand new natural brows. do not go to a place that promises you perfect brows in one sitting or promises you that your payment covers as many touchups as you need UNLESS they put it in writing. so many people are getting screwed by these expensive places and are not getting what is promised.
