Work was good. So much fragrance, candles maybe incense, in the office that I had to wait outside. It's absolutely overwhelming. If you need an inhaler have it in your hand ready to use! I had to wipe down the signage just so I could travel out of town with it in my car! Would not purchase any paper products here. read more

Perplex Styling

Don't recommend. The price seemed fair to start with but in the end I was blatantly taken advantage…read moreof.... maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe not? The Subaru dealership in Glenwood quoted me for an interior replacement part - $1750 for the part and $30 for the labor (actual quote in attached photos). I've been unemployed most of the year so money is tight and I couldn't afford the cost of the part through the dealership. I found a used part online for a fraction of the price then found an auto repair shop through a local Facebook group. I was quoted $80 per hour. After the dealership labor quote and watching YouTube videos on replacing the part I assumed 2 hours labor at most. I guess I'm just a silly woman that can't do math because I dropped my car off at 11:00 am and at 2:00 pm was told the car was ready and I was being charged 4 hours labor. After arguing it was reduced to 3 hours - which I begrudgingly paid even though I knew I was still being ripped off. I am so tired of dishonest repair shops. Disappointing for a small town business.

The carpet was damp so we know they were "cleaned", but the quality of the work was terrible. I ended up having to purchase a handheld carpet and upholstery cleaner to do the stairs, and that little machine (plus about 2.5 hours of effort) did way better than Mr. Vac. Photos in this post is one of the remnant stains after Mr. Vac "cleaning" but before I cleaned the stairs myself. Also pictured is the dirty water reservoir from my machine after cleaning just 3 of the 18 stairs. You'd think after a "professional" job, there wouldn't be this much reserve dirt in the carpet...right? In future we will always recommend against Mr. Vac for carpet cleaning of our homes.
