Had a kenwood head unit and reverse camera installed in Oct 2025 here it is December and they still havent been able to get the rear camera to work have replaced different head units cameras and wiring and now they say they will just return my money Dont take your vehicle here unless you want issues they are not smart enough to fix read more

Don't even want to give 1 star, paid alot of money to upgrade my tunes and it sounds horrible .

I called this location to ask about a remote starter install and informed them of the year, make, and model of my vehicle. I asked if I brought it in within 30-45 minutes if they could get it done today and they told me yes they could. Exactly thirty minutes later after packing my 1 year old into the car I walked in and was told "I'm sorry, we can't do it today." I told them I had just talked to them half an hour ago and they said they could and was still refused. I then spoke with the person I talked to on the phone and he told me the problem was I never told him the year of the vehicle and that the particular year takes a long time to install. When I told him I did tell him the year he told me "well I must have forgot then." I was never put on hold so they could check with the tech to see if they actually had time to do it. Therefore, I can only assume this is chalked up to pure laziness on their part. I asked one last time that given the inconvenience of coming there with the pretense that it could be completed today and that I had someone on the way for pick up if they could squeeze it in and was refused again. To top it all off, I was accused of "gaslighting" the employees, a term I can only assume they do not actually know the meaning of. On my way out I was given a very sarcastic "I hope you have a great day!" I would never recommend anyone have a service completed at this location by such lazy employees. read more

The worst! The manager was telling the employees the wrong information. Then began to talk crap about the equipment I brought in. Later the store called to tell me my Kicker CSC693 speakers are to big for the front doors. They said they tried everything. And they didn't have anything to fit a 2014 RAM. So I go and get my truck. Internet search a RAM forum and 2 minutes later I find the solution. A 1/4" shim. That's right, a shim....I refuse to believe they dont know about shims. I do believe they didn't have properly stocked inventory for installation jobs. And couldn't do the finish job. So they tried to spin it to a equipment issue. Lame! I got the shim and installed the 2 speakers myself. read more

Took my vehicle in spent a ton of money and got my vehicle back in worse shape than it was brought in to begin with , then they tried to deny all responsibility . when I took it to a different shop was told something deliberate was done to make it not work any more , now I have to take it to a different shop just to get the damage they did fixed read more

Good prices, had an minor inconvenience with what came in the box, called them up, and they didn't even know what came in the box. How are you going to offer an install but not know what's in the box? Buy your stuff here and install it else where. read more

HORRIBLE customer service! I called looking to purchase a high-end 2-way security system and remote starter for a car. I had a few pretty basic questions for the employee who answered the call, and all he kept telling me was to come on in and talk to him. Why would I come in if they didn't have anything that would serve my needs? Then when I asked again, he told me he had no idea what I was talking about...and these were very basic car security system concepts that were around over 15 years ago on a security system I had at the time. This guy sounded like quite a sales shark, worse than I'd ever dealt with before. It was as if he wanted me to hand over hundreds of dollars without having any clue what I was getting for it, if anything. I asked to speak to his manager. When the manager came on, I told him about the experience...and rather than try to make it right, he didn't seem to care much either. After this experience, I will NEVER set foot in this company's stores, nor will I recommend them to anyone...quite the opposite. I should've checked Yelp first...I see all horrible 1 star reviews here for them. I wish I would've checked prior to wasting my time with them. read more

Horrible customer service horrible people skills bad attitude toward customers. They tell you 1 hour becomes 4. The stores outdated installers do poor work and rude asked him about how to set clock in which he should have set after radio install and told me look it up on the internet then walked away forgot to hook up wire to my outlets steeringwheel controls didn't work and onstar even tho I bought a $120 part that was specifically bought so those would work ended up coming back the next day they told me shouldn't take long at all but wouldn't give me a time it ended up taking 3 hours better off going to a place that cares for the customer and for your business read more

From out of town - drove into the BIG CITY to get a Viper remote starter installed. They were very busy but none the less installed the remote in short order. Install was neat and didn't harm other on-board electronics. HOWEVER, they said it would work at 1000 feet -- it will not work further than 10 feet. Might as well just use the key :-( Should not have tested the remote while standing next to my car (dumb on my part). read more

The manager was very nice, but the service sucked. They left my car carpets and seats full of grease, busted all of the driver side rear panel mounts and just left it hanging. Very unprofessional. Should have taken it to best buy. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I should have read the bad reviews. read more
