The food is good last time I had it. But was looking into getting order in and came across this. Who is doing the math? Just don't even bother putting the bogo . It's really giving off that michys think the customer are stupid or just bad at math.

I went to crab a bit at this restaurant. The parking lot was a little small but a lot of news business there. Once I entered the restaurant was clean and displayed pictures of vibrant foods. Previously I tried the fried chicken here it was good but the rice was amazing. So this time I had to try the sushi . I was not disappointed at all. The portions are huge, one roll filled me up. The service was excellent, no issues whatsoever. Will try another plate next!

Stumbled upon this place after church. It's a Chinese and Puerto Rican fusion restaurant. I ordered the jalapeño churrasco with the fried rice. The rice also come with fries which I found interesting but double carbs it is They serve large portions so you could definitely share or have some for another meal later. I couldn't confine myself to pay $6 for a side of plantains that's just too overpriced. Unfortunately they were out of tres leches today. Service 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Wait time 9/10 Food 8/10

KATY, TX 77494 / PUERTO RICAN-CHINESE/ 01-12-24 / DINNER +The carne frita (deep-fried, marinated cubes of pork) with tostones (thinly-smashed, deep-fried plantains) is a must-get. +The lo mein is stir-fried in a homemade soy sauce blend. +They also offer sushi and family pack meals. +Friendly customer service. The restaurant space was nice and clean. -No loyalty rewards program.

Great food! Pork was really tender on the carne frita, and was a great place to meet up with friends.. fun ambiance and a good crowd. Plenty of food for the price.. more than I could eat. I heard the tostones rellenos were really good also. Got to meet the manager.. super nice guy. Will definitely be back.

Huge portions, friendly service, clean establishment. I'm glad this place has a menu with pictures on it bc my Spanish isn't that great. lol. The cashier was very friendly helping me with my order and explaining the variety of Puerto Rican and Chinese food. Mofongo, egg rolls, sushi. The possibilities are endless. I ordered the bbq pork and orange chicken plate which comes with the garlic fried rice and side of fries. Each plate portion was huge. It's definitely enough to feed 2 people. The tostones were seasoned well and had a great crisp. Also got the shrimp lo mein. Not my favorite The shrimp was too fishy and very salty. I'll have to try the veggie lo mein next time. BBQ pork was tender and sweet with just enough salt. Orange chicken was also tender and sweet. Over all I'd recommend this place. Food was absolutely delicious.

Boneless barbecue ribs with fried rice and pepper steak with tostones. Both were delicious.

Food is delicious. Service is great. I put a picture but it's I know the food is half gone. It was too good to wait.

Quick and fun date night out! One of two restaurants in the area that offer Puerto Rican Chinese food! Yummy food, solid portions and everyone is super friendly! The boneless ribs are my fav. Love the sushi options and the fried cheesecake. 1000/10

We always come for the lunch special. The fried rice and chicken is delicious. We've also tried a couple sushi rolls that were really tasty.

I get them every single time, and I've even ordered half trays for parties and yes, full trays for bigger get-togethers. They're that good. The lunch specials are such a steal too. The pork fried rice hits every time, and the fried chicken is solid crispy, flavorful, and not greasy or overly salty like a lot of places. Overall, it's one of those spots that just doesn't miss. Great food, great value, and definitely a go-to for both quick lunches and feeding a crowd.

After my…read morepick-me-up, I was definitely ready for some food--and La Perlita Chino Boricua & Sushi immediately caught my attention. They offer a pretty healthy menu, but I decided on the Boneless BBQ Ribs combo with pork fried rice. You also have the option of vegetable fried rice or fries (you can do half/half), but the pork fried rice seemed to be the most popular. I was not disappointed. I've had BBQ boneless ribs years ago and have been chasing that same flavor ever since, and this really hit the spot. The ribs were flavorful, the portions were huge, and the prices were super affordable. If this place were any closer to my house, I could easily see it becoming a regular (maybe even a little dangerous lol). Either way, I'll gladly make the drive when the craving hits. The turnaround time was very quick. honestly, the longest part of my visit was just deciding what to order. The sushi station is partially open, so you can actually watch them making the sushi, which is a nice touch. Inside, the restaurant is spacious, bright, and has plenty of seating. Overall, this spot exceeded my expectations. Between the fast service, generous portions, and variety on the menu, I'm already looking forward to coming back to try their other options.

The pernil plate was outstanding -- the pork was perfectly seasoned, incredibly tender, and had that amazing crispy edge that makes pernil so special. The portion was generous and paired perfectly with the sides. We also tried the tripletas, and they were fantastic. Packed with flavor, juicy meats, and perfectly balanced with the bread and toppings. Easily one of the best tripletas we've had. The yucas were cooked perfectly -- crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and great for dipping. They were a perfect side to the sandwiches. For the kids, we ordered the chicken strips from the kids menu, and even those were great. Crispy, well seasoned, and the kids loved them. Overall, the food, flavor, and portions were excellent. Normally you order at the front desk, but they helped us in our table since we were a group of 10. It's a small place with about 4 tables and only one restroom. The girl that helped us was attentive. One complaint is that they have Pepsi and not Coke but that's a personal preference. Food is ok, someone ordered Queso Frito, for my taste was too salty. But the Tostones with pork meat were really good. I got mofongo with camarones, the shrimp were good size, the mofongo was too dry but I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that, I noticed they serve the mofongo not in the traditional way, which is like in a cup shape the protein in the middle, here they serve the mofongo in the shape of a small cake and the protein on the side. The arroz con gandujes was good and the pork was good. I feel they have potential. The restroom situation (only one) is not ideal though.

While this was my first time to dine here it appeared to me that it is a chain restaurant by the signage and decor. I wanted to try their fried chicken and the prices are quite low so I ordered the 4 pc fried chicken meal that comes with french fries for just $10! I asked for dark meat and they said it would take 8 minutes to prepare. While I waited, I did visit their self serve fountain drink machine. The food arrived in a big bag and after emptying it I found a box with 4 pieces of fried chicken sitting on a large bed of french fries. I was amazed at the quantity of the food given for just $10. The chicken was hot and the fries were not. In fact they were barely warm. Why do you give me fresh cooked hot chicken and old cold fries? On top of that the hot chicken was not that tasty. I have had far better. It wasn't bad but it wasn't that good either. Yes, the food is inexpensive and the serving size large but give me more taste and flavor both in the chicken and fries.

This was our first time here so the menu was big and it had a lot of options to go through. Although some items were on the pricier side, they all looked very good and were worth to try. I got carne guisada with maduros, white rice and red beans as my dinner. We also had gotten salami con queso which came with tostones as an appetizer. The presentation was great but it made it a bit of a hassle to go back and forth between all the little pots as you are trying to eat. I love to mix all my food so that's what I said that. The menu looks great and has plenty of options. The decor is super cute and it looks like they have some work space available. My only complaint there was the seating. The chairs just didn't fit well under the tables so I was constantly kicking my partner since I tend to move a lot. Each dish that came out was very well presented. Maybe sometimes too much going on the table with all the cutting boards, cute little pots and pilón. On to the food! The salami con queso hit the spot but was not well balanced with the amount of tostones provided. Definitely needed more salami & cheese. The salsa rosada paired well. I followed with the mofongo de chicharron. The chicharron was perfectly cooked. The skin was very crunchy and had a nice chunk of pork. The way this dish is presented made it hard to eat as I normally would. Even after clearing the way, the mofongo was very dense inside of the pilón. This made it hard to mix in the accompanying sauce. To make things extra awkward, I felt as if I was being watched most of my meal. Maybe because we were the only patrons dining in but combined with the difficulty of eating my meal, it just made for a less than ideal experience.
