He is an excellent instructor who really takes the time to get to know his students. Even when he's teaching larger classes, he still gives attentive and individualized support to ensure everyone is encouraged and progressing in their practice. I started off as a complete novice, but I have improved so much in my practice thanks to his classes. He is great at cueing movements in a way that makes sense and encourages both mindfulness and mind-muscle connection. I used to not even be able to kick my foot up to the top of the mat from three-legged dog, and now, I can do side crow! I can't recommend his classes enough. All of the staff here in general are super friendly and professional. I also really enjoy the special classes and workshops they hold throughout the year. I'm not always able to make them, but when I do, it's always a good experience.

As a new member three years ago, I never felt out of place, which for me was super important. This is an amazing studio, I'd recommend it any day, as a yogi, a runner, full time employee and a MOM! 5 Stars Fitness CF North Clermont is the complete package --…read morebest gym in the area! I've been going to Fitness CF in North Clermont for the last six months and I honestly don't know why I'd ever drive anywhere else. This place has literally everything you need for a top-notch workout. The weight floor is massive with plenty of squat racks, benches, and cable machines that are always clean and ready to go. Cardio equipment is top-tier, the functional training area is loaded, and the group classes (especially the strength and HIIT ones) are fire. Whether you're chasing PRs or just trying to stay consistent, they've got the setup to make it happen. What really sets them apart is how well they've thought through recovery. They've got dedicated stretching zones, foam rollers, mobility tools, and even a solid cool-down area that actually encourages you to take care of your body after you destroy it in the gym. Most places give you the weights and call it a day -- Fitness CF actually gives you the tools to recover properly so you can keep showing up stronger. The only thing that would push this gym from "already amazing" to "literally perfect" is if they added a red light sauna and cold plunge. Those two pieces would take recovery to another level and make this place unbeatable. Hint to management: the demand is there! Clean facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great music, and never feels overcrowded even at peak times. If you're anywhere near North Clermont, do yourself a favor and sign up. You won't regret it. This is the real deal. 10/10 -- already re-signed for another year. See you in the gym!

Daycare staff make sure he is safe as well as the other children. And if at anytime my child has had a problem they do not hesitate to locate me if they can not solve it. Which for me lets me do my class or my own work out with no worries or stress. I definitely recommend this gym to any mom friends I come across that need a little selfcare time.

My friends have all noticed the weight loss and the muscle definition that I've gained and have commented very positively on it. Alex pushes me just hard enough that I can't be a "quitter" simply because I'm tired, but seems to instinctively know when I've truly had enough. He's been very careful to work with me so I won't get injured during training. Additionally he's been working with me to loosen and strengthen various muscle groups and joints which has benefited my cardio training and yoga practice. As well as being a coach for strength training and overall fitness, Alex has a strong knowledge base on nutrition and advocates healthy eating. I have passed his card out to many friends and neighbors. I highly recommend him for both those who want to work on weight loss and/or overall health as well as those who want to be very serious about building a "beach body."
