Came with my family from Slovakia and was very upset with my experience. The person who checked me…read morein was Monica who also was the one who dealt with any problems I had and even pretended like she didn't speak anything but Italian at times and would talk behind my back to colleagues. Apartment was ok size but not super clean or modern. If the service was better and the apartment was updated I would give 4 star. I would think twice before booking with them unless they fix their crucial mistakes.
