The initial consultation was bizarre due to the fact that there was no real evaluation. Just a quick chat in order to add me to the schedule. I was recommended to take specific vitamins costing almost €70 that triggered a severe allergic reaction (a €200 doctor's bill and 1 week of steroids) to which no sympathy or reimbursement was offered. When I showed up for my surgery, I was told that guest doctors would be viewing the surgery. While this may have been perfectly acceptable for most people (and probably me under different circumstances), the fact that I am not a native French speaker, was nervous for the procedure, and was not comfortable with this doctor was another story. The experience: TERRIFYING. I just remember hearing crunching and grinding while people spoke in a foreign language and peered into my mouth. I was on display.....and freezing cold.
After the surgery and my bill was paid, the office became very sparse in their communication. I will say that the assistant was kind enough to respond to a few text messages when I had concern over the amount of swelling that I was dealing with, but not enough concern to make me feel good about the situation.
And now, almost four months post-op, I cannot get anyone from the office to correspond with me about necessary paperwork my insurance requires for reimbursement of payment (€900). Further, I still have pain while brushing the area in which surgery was performed. This was never an issue pre-op.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!
