A few of my family went with him thinking he would be reliable..However, the costs escalated even though he promised the price was fixed plus he pushed for certain things that cost us more even though we didnt want them obviously because he got a cut on whatever he bought. After the build, we have had numerous problems because he didnt check the work at all. With Michael - it is all about the money folks so be warned..worst decision in our lives.
