Before we came here we had been with P-Place.for almost 7 yrs. I had did comparison shopping like most and this time it was State Farm that came in with a much better price and for the exact coverage. So putting it off I received a call from Mike, I kinda put him off said I had a couple months before I was ready to redo the policy and to my surprise at almost the end of the 2 months he called back. He was his usual pleasant self, and said he was just checking in to see if he could help.me. I say there flipped it around in my head and said ok let's work this out. This young man not only did he completely beat our old price for 3 vehicles but I was also about to add the Harley and put Home Owners with it àll ànd it was just a couple dollars more thàn what I was paying. Since then I mean if I have questions I call I talk to someone who is here. Not someone who I have to ask can you let me talk to someone else with better English because I'm not understanding and you are not understanding me. I can call Lisa here at Paris and it's like we have been friends for 20 yrs and she helps you with any of your problems. Case and Point, May 2024 we had storms, trees fell, totaled our truck, I called to file a claim, not the least not a problem. I was told what to do, claim process started right then. I could have went online and messed it up but she helped me and walked me thru it She helped me try to get a Rental which was already out after all the other ppl with damage had called and started to reserve vehicles. She continued to look for us until she found us one. She hung in with us until we were compensated for our losses. I have not regretted one moment to changing companies. I would suggest that if you are coming up for renewal to take the time and either call or come by and do a comparison. What's the worse thing that could happen? You just may come out of there with some kewl (learned that from my granddaughter) things pens, clips etc or make some new lifelong friends and some great insurance with Your Home Town Team.
