Pink Lady Liquidation - Beautiful Set Up in East Brunswick, NJ

Pink Lady Liquidation

As a regular attendee of estate sales hosted by Pink Lady, I can't help but leave a positive review…read morefor them. First and foremost, their pricing is consistently reasonable and fair. They strike a very nice balance between setting prices that will ensure items sell without giving them away. They also are easy to negotiate with if you take the right tact. I also appreciate the organization of their sales. Items are thoughtfully arranged, prices are clearly labeled, and it's evident that the team takes great care to prep the homes. They have a consistent system with their lists on the morning of the first day and move people in fairly quickly. What truly sets this company apart though, is their outstanding staff. Their team is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly pleasant to interact with. They are always ready to assist, offering insights into the history and value of items. Their warmth and professionalism make every visit enjoyable. I especially enjoy speaking with the gentleman who usually oversees the tools. Five Stars!

My estate sale with Pink Lady Liquidation, LLC and Sarah Oliveri was one of the worst customer…read moreexperiences of my life. Sarah was difficult to communicate with (often did not return calls, texts or emails) and when she was at my home the day of sale preparation, she was rude and impatient. She raised her voice with me more than once and it was all I could do not to ask her to leave and not return. She took jewelry and watches with her that day without telling me and of course I had to consider the worst-case scenario, which was that one of the several crew members there that day may have taken them. I texted her to ask about this later that evening when I realized they were gone, and later the next morning she let me know they had them to research further and metal test. No apology for causing me concern, or acknowledgement that perhaps one should not do that without notifying the home owner. She neglected to mention additional parking near-by in a small business lot in the sale listing, despite my telling her that the owner had granted permission for use during the sale (my street is short with little parking available). A few days after the sale ended (low turnout and poor sales) I received a bill via email showing that I owed her over $600 as the minimum threshold of $2000 for sales had not been met. No personal note with that, text or phone call. Lots of lovely items gone as if they were given away; $2000 is a low threshold for vintage, antique, collectible items, suitcases, bedding, table linens and cookware along with some jewelry, several nice resin watches and some furniture. The only bright spot was that the two crew members who were there during the two days of the sale, Stacey and Casey, were sweet, kind and communicative. I was able to sell many of the leftover items online and more than made up for the financial loss caused by this estate sale, so that was a big help. I have read many positive reviews for Pink Lady and it's as if people are talking about services and an owner that I did not utilize. Reminded me eerily of the story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and you can deduce which one I got! Someone mentioned that Sarah was having health issues, and if true I would not wish that for anyone. But regardless of what was going on in her personal life, there is no excuse for the unprofessional behavior and conduct I encountered. I encourage others to exercise their due diligence and explore other and better options that are out there.

Tara and her Set-Up Dream Team did an AMAZING job of staging our home with our Estate Sale Items…read more They were friendly , courteous and very respectful of our possessions. They spent ALL day at our home and worked non-stop. Tara did a wonderful job of grouping related items together and creating both beautiful and eye catching displays that translated into terrific sales. I have been a professional Visual Merchandiser for over 30 years working in high level positions for numerous upscale retailers and shopping center developers in the NY Metropolitan area. Tara is truly talented. She has a great eye, and does what it takes to make your products become "the Star". She is honest with what she feels will sell but is also open to feedback and suggestions. At the end of the first day, Tara kindly offered to extend our One Day Sale to a Second Day and we were extremely pleased with the amount of product she moved and the final sales she garnered. Tara remained positive and upbeat during the entire process. We felt like she really wanted the sale to be successful....and it was. Tara ran the second day of the sale all by herself not only working the entire day, but then even consolidated and grouped the few remaining items during the last hour, making clean-up quick and easy. I would highly recommend Tara and her team to anyone requiring a Professional Estate Sale Company.

I have been to ten of their Estate Sales - every time the home is organized and the prices are very fair.
