I will say that I didn't see celery or apples, and I only saw one piece of red onion, but perhaps those things are minced very finely (or incorporated in the salad some other way?). He enjoyed it but mentioned that he was surprised a place named "The CHEESE Board" had such a light layer of cheese sauce in their Philly cheesesteak sandwich. (He said he wished there was more.) Ownership changes have made it at least less aggressive hipster progressive hip - but also less condiment choices and no more cups of ice with sodas unfortunately. Thinner fare. They're fighting to stay on budget in 2026 perhaps. The fresh baked rolls every morning though certainly beat what competitors are putting out. It's a quiet shady place for those desperate to avoid drive thrus and franchise chains in area.

Eventually someone at this location gave me an email address to send a support request to and it was eventually taken care of - so now it's a frequent stop for me. Super convenient being located next to Raleys on Mount Rose and the likes too!
