They generally look to fill jobs as quickly as they possibly can and don't add much more value than a CV filter service. I have however been impressed by the team at Row Law Max who focus on professional infrastructure, engineering and management jobs. They take the time to fully understand the position of individuals and add personality and future aspirations into the mix rather than just focusing on previous experience. Hamish is a pleasure to deal with and he maintains great relationships with a variety of businesses to give candidates the best possible chance of finding a great job fit. A few months ago, I needed the services of a recruitment company, and I needed someone to find me a…read moresuitable employee with a diverse set of skills, but still strong in their field. I knew of Quest Recruitment from a previous business venture, having met the founder at a North Shore Enterprise get together. I called Heidi Boulton and gave her my unique list of requirements, and after only a couple of days she presented me with a list of suitable candidates. The list was so good, that I took on two of the people, and shortlisted another for future head hunting. I can recommend their services, as they are staffed by a good team of agents, all professional in how they go about their business. Plus, should you need a job, they can find you one too.

Yes I had the misfortune of having to require a lawyer for an employment dispute but the lawyer I…read morehad here assigned to my case was brilliant. Being a community law office and resources being stretched I was surprised by the great level of service they offered. Sure from the outside it doesn't look like much (or inside actually) but the lawyers here are dedicated, they work hard and they do their best to help you. I do have one tip, do not count on the phone being answered. Many times I was unable to get through or had to leave voice messages that were never returned by reception. If you're after an inquiry, just go in. There is a lot of literature available and there may be someone who can see you to help. If not then at least you can make an appointment in person.

They did close their reception desk by the time we arrived (9:30 pm) but left our room key on the desk with my name attached to it?? Its still an odd custom to me but other hotels across NZ did this as well. There is free parking for hotel guests and it is relatively secluded away from the street which feels safe. The room itself is average is size and our only issues were some of the electric outlets did not work and the hotel had no conditioner available. Overall, far from the worst hotel experience I've had and not bad for a quick stay!
