    First of all, It's very funny to see the previous reviews, I am just going to reiterate what these…read moreother reviews have said. If I could rate this a negative, I WOULD! The funny thing is, I was not the patient, my daughter was and the doctor, along with his nasty receptionist wife, were so rude and unprofessional that my grown daughter had to get me on the phone with the two of them to try and explain how our HRA Insurance works! Neither one of them clearly had any idea how it worked and demanded my daughter pay for her visit before submitting the bill to the insurance company. The doctor actually walked out of the examination room, left my daughter there and proceeded to call another patient in. My daughter tried to show her the letter from our insurance company to show her how to proceed with billing. The receptionist would not even look at it! All they told her was they don't care how it works, she wasn't leaving until she paid the bill. My daughter reluctantly paid the bill and walked out. I in turn, called the BIT%# and cussed her out. Sorry but it had to be done! They clearly have a pattern and all they care about is Money, not patient care. They need to brush up on how different insurances work. I can't imagine he will be in business too long. Classless trash!
