I wanted the smallest size possible which is 120cc. Dr. Khoobehi insisted 220cc are the smallest implant. Obviously my breast size results were beyond a desired size. One breast was significantly lower than the other one. Plus the right one was "deformed". I understand they won't be perfectly symmetrical. However this was extreme in my option. At, at least two post-op appointments I was so upset with the results, I was hysterically crying. Dr. Khoobehi's response was, "well what does your husband think?". Dr. Khoobehi was very insensitive and dismissive. I had to have corrective surgery preformed by a different cosmetic surgeon. Her skills are phenomenal! Went to Dr. Will twice. Informed him that I only wanted 25 u after only having Botox once before…read more(somewhere else) with the same amount of units and good results. He loaded the syringes while I was present and gave 25 u. It hurt more than the first place I had gone to.. The results were stronger because I had them all in my forehead and crows feet this time. It froze my forehead but otherwise I was pleased. The second time I scheduled for 25 u, the syringes were pre- filled when I arrived, which I have heard is a no no. It hurt worse bc he kept using the same needle in multiple spots. The results lasted less than 3 months. I questioned the length of time it lasted and he told me that I should get 50 units instead or I should go somewhere else. Why would I get 50 units if I had frozen results with only 25 prior? Something shady about this guy. I googled him and it looks like he had some disciplinary actions against his geriatric practice in the past. Do not recommend. I also reviewed him on Google and he responded by denying that he pre-filled the syringes the last time he injected me. He most definitely did, which is likely why I had suboptimal results. As stated, the first time I saw you, my forehead was frozen. Why would I let you inject me with double the amount of Botox? I do not have "extreme" wrinkles in my forehead. My forehead is completely smooth - unless I raise my eyebrows. (See pictures) I find it unprofessional that you find Botox to be a one-size fits all. Not all women need 35-50 units of Botox. My goal was to retain some movement in my forehead to appear a bit more natural. I find it a shame that your goal is only to be cost effective, regardless of your patients goals. That says a lot about you as a provider. As far as "slandering you," I provided a link to your past disciplinary actions to forewarn the public of your recent drug abuse. The ladies and gents in the front office are absolutely wonderful, particularly a woman named Barb, I think? Surgery prep was a breeze and they took every precaution they could to make sure I was safe and comfortable heading into the OR. Once I was wheeled into the OR, they were very sweet and reassuring when my emotions set in and I started crying. I told them I was extremely nervous, so they gave me a sedative that had me out like a light maybe 15 seconds later! When I woke up, a nurse was sitting next to me to make sure I was okay. I took a lot longer than expected to wake up (around two hours), but they were in no rush to get me out as another older review suggests. The nurse brought me ice chips and brought my husband back to be with me. After that, the nurse wheeled me down in a wheel chair to our car and we went home. Like I said, they totally did NOT rush me out but were very efficient with discharge when I was ready to go home. I'm so glad this wasn't one of those places where you wait hours and hours and hours to be discharged. I totally recommend this place to anyone whose surgeon is affiliated!

He is an actual dermatologist (not a nurse or an aesthetician (sp?) and does all of his procedures himself...I love that! and let me tell you why... I had some serious health issues that resulted in major unwanted changes to my skin. Because he is a physician, and also understood my underlying health issues, he helped devise a short and a long term plan to help me return my skin to what someone 10 years younger than I would be proud of! Before Dr. Coleman, I had tried the approach of just trying the latest laser/machine/fad to try to fix my skin. I would buy the recommended number of sessions for the latest machine and a very nice nurse/aesthetician would administer the latest treatment, but that was it....but I was never happy with the results. And I think it was because I was trying to fix isolated areas instead of having a dermatologist take an overall approach. Having Dr. Coleman put an overall plan (which for me included laser and other things) together made the difference for me, he was able to monitor my progress and then make changes to things if we needed to... A little background...I had surgery in Kansas City on my face to have two scars removed. When I moved to Austin, I was referred by my plastic surgeon to Westlake Dermatology. Immediately, Dr. Coleman made me feel comfortable. He listened to my needs and took the time to explain every option that was best for me and what I wanted. He offered laser treatments and steroid shots (to name a few) just to make the scars from the surgery look and heal faster. And, he didn't ask me to pay for it. He wanted to do something to help me feel better about having two ugly incisions on my face and that was so kind. Immediately, I could tell he wasn't there just to make the most money or sell procedures to make you look like everyone else. It is very obvious that he wants to help people look and feel their best. Every procedure I have received from him has been perfect. What I value most about him is he consistent in his actions. He is a honest and genuine doctor. One with integrity. One you can trust.
