While…read morehandling my father's estate, for months he didn't respond to legitimate requests for financial information by the heirs, and allowed one heir, Scott Deal, to continue to handle the finances of the estate without telling the other two heirs. When he finally provided an accounting of Dad's bank accounts, left out a $21,000 savings account, among other accounts, that apparently the oldest heir wanted to keep secret from the other two heirs. When asked where a $7,000 distribution came from after my father's death, the answer was "I don't know. Scott just gave us a check for $21,000. Shortly after the distribution of the $21,000, Dambacher and Associates produced bank records showing that Scott had diverted over $206,000 to his own personal and business accounts. I wouldn't ask him to represent me in anything. The one favorable review is from a local mediator who does business with Dambacher, and therefore has a vested interest in his statements.

Good luck if you choose these 'professionals' . In my opinion they are an insult to the legal system. Look out up there in Tuolumne County! Historically my family members lost thousands and thousands of dollars because of Legal Corruption. Of course, this is simply an opinion of a citizen who has all the history I could find. Too bad she is limited to typing and research. Mr. Gee's wife Shelly however, is the most obnoxious and load mouthed person I have ever come across. She tries to control every aspect of the business. I had requested to speak to Mr. Gee about issues pertaining to my case prior to moving forward. I wanted to go over the remainder of my retainer and how best to proceed in my complicated divorce. Shelly refused all requests I attempted to meet or speak to Mr. Gee. She said she would answer my questions. I was adamant about not going forward with anything else on my case research or otherwise until I spoke to Mr. Gee. By the time I became really upset about not being able to communicate with Mr. Gee my bill was up to $6,000. I was upset by the inability to talk about My case. She then told her husband I had lost faith in him regarding my case. Mr. Gee only heard I was dissatisfied with him. He then wrote a letter to me stating he could not represent me anymore. He never tried to call or hear from me. After that letter shelly sent me a new bill with 80 hours of Mr. Gee's time. This 80 hours was after my failed attempts to try and speak to Mr. Gee. about. Shelly then told me to pick up all my files and sign a substitute of Attorney. When I refused attempting again to speak to Mr. Gee. She would not allow me to explain my frustrations to my Attorney directly. I was served with papers that Mr. Gee was going to court to have me dropped as a client. At that point I was convinced that Mr. Gee was not willing to listen to my side. When I did go get my files. I was completely broke and had no way to come up with a retainer for a new Attorney. PLEASE DO NOT get involved with these firm. I wish I had been warned. Shelly is there only to make as much money as she can. She told me after I was retained. She needed to make up for the million dollars that had been embezzled by a former bookkeeper. One day she was talking to another client about a women they were handling a divorce for that was over 80 years old. The new client asked Shelly why would she be divorcing at that age? Shelly replied " this is like divorce number . We don't care about what the women does. Just keep bringing in the money, honey. I couldn't believe it. Not only was she talking about a clients personal business she blatantly said it's all about the money not the client. I should have ran right then. My thought was I am hiring Mr. Gee not his wife. Boy was I wrong.
