I have known and worked with Mr Bonzie for several years and have really good experience: he is not…read moreonly meticulous with details of the case, he is also willing to go/walk "an extra mile" to get fair results. He is a pleasure to communicate with. His court argument ability is excellent. He is busy, but will find time to understand issue and will admit if certain issues/cases are outside of his scope.

Ed had help my family for years. This time he really dropped the ball. I had 3 cases with him…read more Two were workman's comp cases. He let the defendant drop care several times in my case. Sometimes I would go for a month or two without medication, in pain. He told me there was nothing he could do. Finally 22 months into the case he tell's me if I'm hurting that bad to go to the emergency room. Oddly enough once I did this a few times the defendant was ready to settle. He never kept me in the loop on any of my cases. The only time I heard from him was when I had to be somewhere. 0n two occasions he told the judge in writing he had talked to me and I approved a continuance in the case because we weren't ready. The only way I was able to know what was going on in one of my cases was to look at the Oklahoma Supreme Court Network website. When the last workman's comp cased settled the defendant had 20 days to fund the settlement, he let them go for 40 days without paying. I finally bugged him enough he filed paperwork to show them in default, they paid almost immediately. My final case for termination probably should have never been filed. When the court date came I was not asked to appear and was told I lost because I failed to notify. I had been deposed twice and confirmed the letter written to the defendant to notify them I could no longer work in my current position. I'm currently looking for an attorney to sue him. Anyone know a legal malpractice attorney willing to sue another attorney?
