I called Kirkwood Trading on a Sunday knowing they were closed hoping they would call me first thing that Monday morning. I was surprised to get a phone call from Matt that evening. I explained to him what I needed printed and ready for pick up on that Tuesday afternoon. He was so friendly and helpful and by Tuesday afternoon, my shirts were ready to be picked up. He completed this for me in 48 hours. We all loved the T-shirts and will never go anywhere else when we need shirts again. Because of Matt's compassion for wanting to make a customer happy, he has gained a customer for life!!! Thanks to Matt and the entire crew. Connie 2014
