When you have an injury that is hard to solve by traditional medicine it can feel really overwhelming and isolating. Tina has been with me every step of my process, providing me constant support. She has also made excellent, unofficial suggestions for quality doctors for me to visit when I felt frustrated by them. In short, anything Tina has ever suggested has been right, and I tell her this all the time. Novacare is grounded in their approach to treating you like a person first, not just an injury. I work from home and don't keep a consistent schedule. Peggy, the office manager, is very helpful about finding me appointments and letting me switch appointments when I need to.
