I went to two other places just to have it looked at and it had major violation on not only emissions but safety issues (tires axels brakes) and who knows what else that they looked the other way so they woudlnt have to "warranty" now they won't pick up my calls. If I hadn't gotten it checked out I would've just been driving a car with the confidence thst everything was okay. 0 stars if I could. Juan Barbina and his boss are crooks. Oh also they were fixing one of my other cars that they seem to never find a part for now 6 months but unfortunately now I can't trust them to fix it in a way that will be safe so getting that car tow from there as well

NASTY RUDE CONFRONTATIONAL ATTENDANT - DO NOT EVEN BUY GAS FROM THESE PEOPLE…read more Went in today, pump not working properly - the pump choice button didn't light up (the one that confirms which of the 3 choices of gas you picked, in my case, the cheapest gas). I tried it repeatedly - it wasn't the sunlight - it clearly wasn't working. So I tried squeezing the handle for a second to see if that told me which gas I was getting, but still not working, so I put the handle back in & took a photo of the charges (paper receipt unavailable, often not refilled at this place). I took the photo after it went back to 0, but figured it's ok. I left the pump out (making sure it wasn't leaking anything) so the next customer & cashier would know it's not working right. I figured I may have to go inside anyway, since there may be no paper receipt at the next pump either. I went to another pump & as I started to fill up, the cashier came on the intercom & asked why the pump was out. I told him it wasn't working, he said it will charge my card when the next customer pays (I didn't think so, but didn't want to deal with it in the unlikely event he was correct on that), so I said I'd come in. When I came in, he demanded I put the pump back in before he gave me my receipt & repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to explain what happened. This guy did not want me to have any control in the conversation! He was so incredibly rude & confrontational that I called Amex right in front of him & they assured me he was wrong - there would be no more charges on my account. I told him the right way to treat a customer in this situation is to apologize for the inconvenience & assure the customer that it will be fixed, & give them their receipt quickly - not demand the customer re-set the handle for them & make the customer come back in a second time before giving them their receipt. So, in the end, they still have to fix the pump but they lost a customer (with a very large vehicle) who routinely went in for a fill up pretty much exclusively there. Was this a good business decision on how to handle a minor technical problem? To borrow a movie line: "What would a smart man do? What would Plato do?"
