Both do a fantastic job aligning your vertebrae to release pressure that has built up on your nerves. For me, the issue is my neck and lower back. My treatment plan consists of a 40 minute problem area massage with a massage therapist working with the soft tissues in my back and neck to achieve pain relief. The massage is not as thorough as others I've had at other offices. Next, is the quick stretch and about 20 minutes or so of electrotherapy with a therapist. Lastly is the manual adjustment with the doctor. The staff is friendly. Nice seating area with TV's and magazines. They also have complimentary coffee. The office is big with many treatment rooms. At times, you are sharing the room with another patient. I understand that they are a busy practice but the bathroom needs paint and some cleaning. I have been very happy with the latest treatment I received from Dr. Cherry. He always has time to check in on how you feel, how the last treatment worked and to address and discuss any concerns you may have. He is a great listener and has impeccable bedside manner.

I did something to my neck over the weekend which caused a 24/7 headache and pain that pulled from between my shoulder blades, to my neck to the head. Since I was newly pregnant, I wasn't taking any ibuprofin, excedrin, etc. I called first thing Monday morning and he fit me in for the following morning. He made me feel comfortable immediately, listened intently and was able to hone in on the problem with his fingertips immediately. He also described, in detail with a skeleton & some diagrams, what was causing the pain. I really appreciated learning what was actually causing the problem. Throughout the treatment, he would also tell me what he was doing...which continued to show his thoroughness and ability to help the patient feel at ease. The best part is I had immediate relief!! He gives you "homework", that is, he will show you a few exercises you should do to maintain treatment before your next appointment. I saw him 2x a week for 1 or 2 weeks then tapered to once a week for a few weeks. When I tweaked my neck again, I, without hesitation, was back in his office. I also had peace of mind knowing he had 20 years experience as a chiropractor and I was not surprised to learn, he was a science teacher prior to his Chiropractic career.
