I raise a quote from one of my TV heroes because Marc and the staff at Crossroads Investigations are a real life Jack Bauer / CTU. I contacted Marc due to some loose strings I'd found on Google about someone and needed verified prior to making a decision. With the basic amount of information that the person had told me, Crossroads prepared an in-depth report with the information I needed for my decision. Marc's rates are very reasonable, and can help you from taking a hit monetarily or otherwise. I would certainly recommend his services before taking any major steps.

The receptionists I spoke with were incredibly helpful in connecting me with a private investigator (PI), which ended up being Ashley Wardlow. I spoke with Ashley and she was super helpful in letting me know what my options were, and was transparent in telling me that what I was looking for was something she couldn't offer. I am so grateful that she did not attempt to deceive me or scam me out of my payment! I left with more knowledge about what I could do to resolve my issue, which didn't involve moving forward with Nathan Investigation's services. I know that if I have other needs for a PI in the future, I will be back on the phone with them!

I thought he would be apologetic about the phone call Saturday and try to rectify it but no! He was talking so fast I didn't know who he was because he was angry and yelling at me. I had to yell at him to tell him to slow down and say who he is. He told me to calm down and he'll tell me one more time that I better take down the bad review that I posted Saturday. Threatening me!! I figured out who he was when he said that and I said "oh you're the one from the phone call the other night"! So I told him "yes I wrote it because that phone call was rude". He then proceeded to say "oh you want to play"? So I said "yea I'll play and told him to F off" and hung up the phone. He called me again I didn't answer. What a stalker that threatens people over a bad review. Maybe learn some customer service, phone etiquette and bedside manners lol and you won't get a bad review. I blocked him and got a police report. Be careful who you try to come for D.E. You got the right one. This is Miami and I'm definitely from Miami. I'm not going to play with you.

My case was relatively a small budget, around $2,500 and most of the larger national firms all seem to send their calls to hourly paid "customer service" staff. Many are just interested in cherry picking the biggest and most profitable cases. I was most impressed with Danial Maya, who took the time to ask me many questions. From our initial conversation, it was obvious that he is a consummate professional with years of hard earned experience in the field. More than anything else, what came across was his ability to listen and then ask the right questions. I hope that I will not need their services again but in the event that anything comes up in the future....I have no doubt these guys will have my back!
