Decent pizza with some unique creations/topping combinations that gets the job done. My family was vacationing at a resort in the area, so we decided to order pizza from this location mostly out of convenience since it was nearby. I was able to place an order easily online via their website. We ordered 3 large 16" pizzas -- The Works (pepperoni, ham, fresh Italian sausage, green peppers, red onions, sautéed mushrooms, & olives), their signature Bianca (white pizza made with garlic butter, mozzarella, grilled chicken, sliced Roma tomatoes, olives & sweet corn) and a create-your-own pepperoni & bacon pizza. None of us are big fans of olives on our pizza so we requested those be left off. We opted for pick-up and it took about an hour. Their pizza crust is very thin and while it tasted fine, that means the pizzas are actually not very filling and pretty overpriced for what you get. 3 large pizzas were barely enough to feed our family of 8 and the total came to $86... yikes. The Bianca pizza ended up being the favorite which is surprising for me because I don't typically go for chicken on my pizza but the flavors really worked. The sweet corn was a nice touch. I've been wanting to try this place since I moved to Davenport. We finally tried it yesterday and I think I would like to try the food again. I wasn't too impressed. It is pretty thin but it also means it burns easily and the pizza lost some of the flavor. We also got the Garlic bread and again, I feel like it would have been good if it wasn't over cooked. I will never return to this establishment. It's overpriced, not very good, terrible customer service and false advertising. Pretty shady to me. I came in for take out . Was not greeted and kind of stared at until I said hello. I looked over the menu and decided on a medium half cheese, half pepperoni and bruschetta. Total came out to over $27 . Sounded expensive but whatever. I looked at the prices on the menu and it wasn't adding up but I figured maybe my math was off. Food came out quickly and I left. I drove literally TWO minutes from Mia pizza to home where I live and the pizza was cold. I was starving and had to put it in the oven. At this point I'm annoyed. Put the pizza in the oven and as I'm waiting I look at the box with the charges. Their menu prices are not what they charge. I'm a big reviewer (love to share good and not so good experiences) so I go to review but remember the sign that say "if you aren't satisfied .... Blah blah blah. So I reach out prior to leaving the review to give them a chance to make it right. They basically said there's nothing we can do. Like wth ? Then take the sign down. So now I'm even more irritated. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. Pizza tasted like little Caesars at best flippers. Deff not worth the cost! Edited to add: I just looked at their responses to other unsatisfied guest and all I can say is wow! These people literally don't have the first clue about customer service. Such a shame. Gave it another chance last month and it was good, then again this week.. terrible. Pizza was undercooked so that the dough had a very unpleasant consistency. How do you undercook a pizza??! The 12" burrata was rich, tasty goodness with the right balance to hold up nicely. Great flavors. The hot sausage and mushroom was a 16" and was also delicious. Sausage had a great balance of heat and savory - very good flavor. The sauce was a very nice light fresh crushed tomato flavor - bright delicious goodness. This place was a good pizza spot in Davenport - yes it is spendier than a chain pizza place but it should be given the much higher quality and care put into the pizza. read more

I have no idea what the food is like because I didn't even get a chance to order. I walked in at 9pm. I was told the dinning area was closed because they close at 9:30 but I could eat outside if I wanted to. Think I'll pass on that since it's breezy and 55°. I've worked in a few restaurants before and we never would not seat someone unless they actually came in after we closed. To not get service 1/2 hour before closing time is ridiculous. The pizza dough baked very well to a nice crust topped with a mix of very fresh vegetables. The tomato sauce was the perfect blend of freshness and consistency that did NOT spell tomato paste. The staff was super attentive to both togo customers and sit-in guests. Very fast and courteous.
