There were many climbing structures including a dragon. There are smaller kids' structures as well as ones for bigger kids. The bad: The bathroom was closed for cleaning when I tried to use it. The dirt gets the toddler's shoes and clothes dusty and messy. The interesting: I saw lots of Girl Scouts there. I also saw a rat in the bush. They had food carts and vendors that sold balloons and kids toys too.

The interesting: They were repainting (green color) fixtures and benches when I came so everything smelled of paint.

The main section is more common and less focused on a specific type of group. There are an abundance of trees, beautiful plants, and flowers. There are also several park benches but not as many as some other parks. There is also a dog park area, that includes two enclosed sections. There were probably ten dogs there with their owners, and luckily I didn't witness any dog fights. Nevertheless, when I came there, there were dogs dogs everywhere in the park. The skaters area is also a park highlight. There were actually more skaters in that area, than there were other people in the park. The entire park is clean and they do a great job of maintaining it.

This park is definitely maintained better than most parks in the city. What you won't find are…read moremany of those puestos that sell food and Nick nacks. It's clean and every time that I've walked thru here there are always maintenance people cleaning and fixing things. To here are a few improvements that could be made in my opinion. For example, the concrete ben he's could use a good powerwash cleaning. Also the mand-made ponds appear like they haven't been maintained in some time, as there is a lot of algae growth going on in there. Today when I rode thru there were a lot of families, and even roller blade lessons for kids!

A place for kids basically, inside u find a small soccer / basketball court where mostly its just to kick ball for a lil bit, u actually wont see kids having a match. There is a playground for younger children 2-6 yrs and some benches for moms to chat while kids play. The only thing that i seen bad about this place its the smoking inside the area, moms (usually from the apts around) be smoking and contaminating this place up with the cops there also smoking and not enforcing not to smoke. Place could use some clean up.
