The outside it looks like 2 separate buildings put together and it needs a paint job. When I walked in you find yourself in an a large empty white room, that is overly bright, with one old table and to the left is the check in cashier area. I almost turned around and left but again this was recommended so I decided to stay. The hostess didn't speak much English but said to seat myself and pointed to the next room. This is where the restaurant actually is. The room was much nicer and has dimmed lighting and booths and tables. They give chips and salsa for free at the table. I believe it was all home made. The chips were a bit bland and the salsa was not very flavorful either. I order Queso dip to go with it. The dip was ok but not even a hint of spicy flavor (which is something I would expect from "authentic" Mexican food. I ordered a fajita quesadilla which came with rice and beans on the side. Again I was underwhelmed, the flavors were decent but there was little to no spice and it had way to much shredded cheese. Overall I would say it was just ok. If you like Mexican food when it's not spicy at all this place will be awesome to you. I want to add it's not like I eat jalapeños hand habaneros all the time, I just expect SOME spice when eating Mexican food. The price was very reasonable.
