I am working across the street so decided to try Mi Casa based on the Yelp reviews. It was a nice enough hotel cafe and i stopped in for guacamole and chips, chocolate crepe, and tea. The guacamole was good as were the chips. The crepe was unfortunately not cooked there. It looks like they buy premade crepe like pancakes and serve them decorated with sauce and sugar. The crepes are like you get with Mu Shu Pork and had poor flavor. This brought me to a 3 star review. What put this place down a star is the waiter took my 500 pesos for the 125 peso meal and brought me back 275 pesos in change. I was late for work so after some pantomime to show he took a tip i headed out. It took me a few minutes to figure out he had given himself a 100 pesos tip. Normal here would be 15 pesos. I will be more careful next time, but don't like places that take advantage of foreigners. read more
