They put the tires on. I came home. Started the car up this morning. Made it to Berlin. The front end started shaking really bad. Did not think I was going to make it back to Somerset. Made it back to the mechanic mechanic just called me and said they did not tighten up the lug nuts so I called the company and told them hey nobody's gotten hurt. There's no damage done to the vehicle but you guys got to make sure you tighten up the lug nuts before the vehicle leaves instead of saying oh my God, we are so sorry for any inconvenience. The guy turned around says we tighten our tires up so this is my first step and I'll get a hold of the general. Next all's they had to do is just have a little consideration and re -clarify me that they will double check on lug nuts before leave and shop. I would not go back to this place. There's other places in town. What a very bad experience

The appointment was made almost 1 week in advance. I showed up on the day of the appointment at 7:15 A.M. (they open at 6:30 A.M.). After I reviewed what was to be done for my vehicle, I was told that they would give me a call. I waited (wasted!), all day waiting for that call! They close at 5 P.M. I gave them until 5:10 P.M. and called back. When I called back, I got a recorded message that they were closed!!! I drove there, tried the locked door, saw someone was still inside and I knocked. The guy who said he would call answered the door. At first he did not seem to recognize me. Then he started to apologize with the feeble excuse of how busy they were that day. (How is that my problem?) He said that the tires did not come in. Was the vehicle inspected I asked? No, nothing was done to it and it was parked out on the street! He offered me a "loaner." What, will you be loaning me my own, perfectly working vehicle? I drove my vehicle home and I will never return. What type of way is that to treat a customer and to run a business? I called RCR to inquire about a new tire for my car. Chance did not have my particular tire in stock which was from 2012, the original tire on my Subaru. After waiting for over two hours with no communication from AAA, they finally showed. The serviceman was terrible. He was angry and threw tools. He did not communicate with me on arrival time per AAA message. After putting on a spare, I drove car to RCR. Chance looked at the donut and stated that it was not put on correctly. It did not have enough air in it. It also had a broken locknut socket that the AAA person broke. Good thing I didn't drive further. I had a 2 hour drive home but was staying with a friend. Chance ordered tires and replaced them the next day. He ran into a lot of trouble because the tool used to put on pictures spare was broken and couldn't be used but he figured out a way to get the tire off and put four new tires on my car. They. Chance was very helpful and patient. I had called him several times while deciding what to do. He also had to deal with the poor work done by AAA. I highly recommend his garage. He is very knowledgeable. He called me to keep me up to date on the repair job and checked on me on my way home to make sure everything was good. The price was fair and my husband was very pleased and appreciated Chance making sure that I was safe and had a car to drive with good tires.

I decided to do what I usually do in situations like these and started to wander around outside still expecting a wait. Whenever I walked back into the garage area my old tires were already swapped with the new ones. On top of that they were being balanced and placed back on the car.
