We were on a bike trip near Mt. Ventoux in the Provence region. After a 11 mile climb we ended up…read morein Sault in need of lunch and some cool drinks. Apparently, every other cyclist in the area had the same idea. La Promenade seems to be the place for bikers. The place looked like a training center for TDF riders. Despite the crowds, the 6 of us got a table and we enjoyed great food and service. Salads had fresh Provencal ingredients and were just what we all wanted. The only complaint is the 1 and only toilette and the line for it.
