Less than 1 star is more applicable. I wish I had read the other terrible reviews on here before dealing with Peter Meyer and Meyer & Meyer realty. Unprofessional, unethical and unresponsive. I have experience listing a house and using them for rental agency management. For both, my experience was awful. Overcharged and underdelivered. I have reported to the De Real Estate Commission but as he is the broker and agent, there is little recourse. I can only hope others can learn from my awful experiences read more

Peter Meyer and his team worked harder than any other realtor I have ever had. I have purchased 5 houses and have sold 4. I have had different realtors each time and never felt that any of them really put in much time or effort. That is until we had Peter and Sara from Meyer & Meyer Realty sell our last house. They were very attentive and professional right from the start. We ran into unexpected weather issues and house damage in the middle of the process of a sell. Any other company that I have worked with in the past would have told me to get some contractors and let them know when the work is done. We don't even live in the same state as the house we were selling, so getting contractors, quotes, and following up on the work would have absorbed a lot of my time, caused a lot of stress, and may have delayed or ruined the sale of the house. Peter offered to help and thank goodness he did. The contractors he found corrected the issue on time and at a good price. Not only that but he followed up on the work and insured it was completed in time for the closing. My wife and I are so grateful and would only go to Meyer & Meyer Realty for any purchase or sale of any house or property in the future. Thank you Peter and Sara for all your hard work! read more

Stay far far away from these slum lords. They are the WORST. One of their properties flooded from an upstairs neighbor leaving a tub running and Meyer and Meyer refuse to fix the property yet are suing for rent. The ceiling FELL DOWN. There is debris everywhere. The rug had to be torn up because it was soaked. There is mold and the children and pets had to move out. This company needs to be looked in to by the Attorney Generals office. BEWARE! read more
