After buying more than 300€ in clothing during the sales I found out that one cardigan jacket had a…read morehole in it. Went back to the shop and informed them about the situation and asked them to return the item. I was informed that they could send it to a professional who will fix it and it will be exactly the same as new. I asked them what would happen if I wasn't happy with the repair and I was informed that then I could get my money back but that it was not going to happen because the person fixing it was a real pro. So the item was sent to fix and a week later I came back to get it back. When I checked the fix to see if I agreed with it, I came to find out that the fix was poorly done and that it could be perfectly seen when I wore the jacket. Then I informed them that I didn't agreed with the fix and that I was not going to take that poorly fixed item back home with me and requested my money back. At that moment I was informed that they could not do returns and that I had to go to another shops where the owner of the shop was at the time (it seems that most of the brand shops on that street are owned and managed by the same person). I found this a bit odd but didn't have much more importance as it didn't matter to me where from I was getting my money. So went out to the street and found the shop where the manager was. During the time it took me to get there I'm pretty sure she called as when I went inside the other firm I saw this guy, no older than 35 putting the phone down with a not so happy face. He directly turned to me and told me that what I wanted to do could not be done. That they were not accepting returns on sale items (the European consumer law clearly states that when a sale item is damaged before buying it, the consumer has the right to return it). Long story short, this not-so-friendly "manager" that thy were not accepting the return as the fix was perfectly fine. Half an hour discs using didn't bring me anything and I had to walk home with the broken cardigan which I gave finally to the Red Cross. Well, this is my history.
