I was surprised that I couldn't just got hot black coffee, so I ordered a latte, wasn't disappointed! They even designed a heart at the top! We shared an almond croissant and they gave out passionfruit yogurt with a crunchy topping - these two things were my favorite of the meal. We are even talking about going back tomorrow just to get these two things! We also shared the Luca sandwich - this was delicious!! The sandwich has ham, cream cheese, mushrooms, and truffle oil, and topped with an egg. So delicious! There was a salad on the side that had some type of vinaigrette on it. The only complaint was that the vinaigrette was soaked up in the bottom piece of bread which made those bites a little busy when all in one bite. If I ever get a chance to order this again, I'd ask for the dressing on the side. We also got the chicken and waffles. This is the only thing we were disappointed with, not disappointed enough to mark the rest of the experience down though. The chicken was pretty good, but some bites were really salty. The waffle was so dry, even with adding the syrup, it didn't help with the waffle much. Overall, we loved this place! So glad we got to eat here! Après 3 ans aucun résultats et 12 000$ CAN jeter par la fenêtre. Me Alvelais nous disait toujours la semaine prochaine ect. Toujours une raison pour aucun résultat. La grève de la justice, manque un paiement et nous en avions déjà 1 d'avance, il est tout mêlé. Je me suis sentie trahi, fraudé et pas du tout écouter. D'après mon expériences je ne recommande à PERSONNE de faire affaire avec eux. J'ai mes preuves de tous mes dires.

There were issues with the title so due diligence was scheduled for 4-weeks. I did not feel I was getting the information needed to make an informed decision so I hired a second attorney (Ivan Castillo - was very happy with his counsel). But Mr Alvelais was the attorney who prepare and file the paperwork. 5-days before the agreed close date (yes, before the close-date), I was informed that the condo had been sold to another party and that Mr Alvelais had also represented that buyer. So, to be clear, assuming the other buyer also paid Mr Alvelais to represent their interests, he collected significant fees to represent two competing interests. In my opinion, this is a huge conflict of interest. He had a fiduciary obligation to represent my interests until the close-date. Instead, he represented someone else and made no effort to disclose the arrangement.

She is overpriced, and under experienced. She didn't even know that the embassy says specifically they will give you an appointment in 48 hours. So why are we waiting on an email from Miami for 2 weeks??? Omg, i can not wait to be far away from this woman and her sham of a business. And god bless if you ever get her to answer the phone or return your call. Stay far away if you ever want to accomplish anything with immigration or residency.
