He needed a class in public speaking as he stuttered every time he opened his mouth. It was like that bad attorney on My Cousin Vinny. Other than that I had to watch the man make a career at picking pimples off his nose. That he was quite proficient in. He was so bad, he refused to represent me in one of the three cases which thank God he did. I acted as my attorney and won. Its comical now then it wasn't. Their actual offices speak for the group and the constant break outs speak of Mr. Green. Case Closed.

Priscilla Seaborg has been my family law lawyer for several years. Despite a highly contentious…read morecase, she steadfastly maneuvered every turn in the road, never taking her eye off of the ultimate goal: to do what was best for the kids. She worked relentlessly to proactively address issues as they arose - and with her depth of experience, knew when and how to put issues to bed before they ever had the chance to arise. Simply put: when the world around you feels like it is crashing, Priscilla is a rock. At a time of high tension, with personal emotion running high, she is level-headed, smart and shares her opinion unabashedly and yet with great compassion. She operates with integrity, listens with sincerity, and knew the ins and outs of my case -- far better than any opposing counsel -- all of which helped her be a true advocate. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone seeking family law guidance and legal strategy.

We were referred to FL by Clackamas county Social Services. It was an urgent situation with my…read morehusband's sister. We needed guardianship and conservatorship ASAP. We were quoted 13K, which we agreed upon. That amount was surpassed greatly. It was evident that copy and paste was used for the majority of legal documents. The work was not done by a lawyer, but a legal assistant. There were spelling errors, delays, poor communication and failure to mail documents. On one invoice was a 30 minute charge to mail a letter. Maybe they walked to the mailbox??? The final straw was this letter. There is no more money in the estate. Fitzwater received over $20,000 for the guardianship and simple probate. They were paid from the estate. The conversation with Jonathon today involved him telling my husband that Oregon Law states that legal fees were to be paid before other creditors. My husband was NEVER informed of this law and paid outstanding medical bills with the little amount that was left in the estate. Jonathon also stated that "he talked with the partners about waiving the unpaid invoice and they declined". Unreal, the firm got over 20K for the "work" in the case. Do not hire them unless you have unlimited funds.

I have since recommended Mrs. Tanzosh to numerous friends facing difficult times and they have all been beyond pleased with their outcome. I cannot quite explain how badly this firm handled our situation…read more We hired this firm to assist with custody issues. Once we'd paid the retainer, it was very much like we no longer existed. Emails and phone calls would go unanswered for days, sometimes for weeks. When we finally did get ahold of them, they would not remember the details of our case. They repeatedly had to ask us to explain exactly what the issues were again. (And of course billing us each time for the explanation.) We would send advance documents for them to look over that went unread before the meeting. We would be told one thing at one meeting, and then the exact opposite the next time we talked. Finally we'd had enough and fired them. We asked for what was left of our retainer back. They said it would be in the mail that week. It took three weeks and two reminders for it to come. They also wrote the check incorrectly. These lawyers can't even write a check correctly. I asked around. Apparently this is a familiar story. It's hard to get their attention unless your case is "interesting." Avoid, avoid, avoid.
