Terrible lot. Do Not use this lot for the train station! The parking level for train-station parkers has dirty uncovered parking, no elevator - so you have to walk your bags down 3 floors, no walkway to the train station, and an incredibly rude employee at the front. And they are completely overpriced. Definitely either Uber to the station or use the other lots around. read more

Horrible. Charge $55.30 for 1 day and 3 hours. Would never use again and recommend all to find another parking garage.

Don't just complain on Yelp. I just sent a complaint to CT's consumer protection agency. I parked here for 26 1/2 hours and the charge was 55.30-- as others have noted here. This is clearly not what one expects from the sign on entry. read more

Parking was convenient to the train station, but extremely expensive. Parked at 9am on Saturday and picked up at 3pm on Sunday cost $55.30! To be fair the sign did say a daily max of up to $26 but there was no attendant to ask about overnight parking and no information posted about overnight. Upon leaving the garage I was told I could have parked down the street for $10...Live and learn. read more

I'll walk 2 miles barefoot through snow before I park somewhere that will charge $50 if you misplace the ticket you get when you enter. What a sham. read more

Insanely high rate for 22hr parking (4pm Thursday to 2pm Friday), 2 full days + tax = $55.30. Compare to $50 Stamford parking ticket or $39 overnight at Laguardia! read more

I never write reviews, but want to alert anyone who reads this that they should avoid this garage in favor of the Harbor Point or Stamford Parking Garage. Parking at Metro Center is $26+ a day(!!!) compared to $10-12 at those other 2 garages. A complete rip-off and for nothing extra whatsoever. Very nice attendant, but I would have taken a monster for half the price. read more
