Every single stain is gone, the smells are gone- the carpets look and smell brand new! Ron is professional and great to work with. Showed up on time, took a look at what the damage was, made his recommendations, explained why he was recommending a pet solution, exactly what he was going to be able to do, and more importantly what he wouldn't be able to do. The only extra charge from the quote was something he recommended due to the pet damage and it was on the price for the entire house- not per spot/room like most other places. Great price, honest work, and a business that has integrity - shouldn't be hard to find but nowadays it is. Taylor by Choice has renewed my faith that these types of businesses do still exist!

Derek was a huge help today. This is the 2nd time I've gone into this location in Birchwood Mall…read moreand was pleasantly surprised both times. I had odd issues, I'm a senior, Android user, and consider myself to be reasonably tech savvy. The first time i went in, 2 of the techs worked together to help me. There was no wait time. Today, I walked in and Derek was on the floor in a moment; again- no wait! I switched from Verizon to AT&T after 19 years because of customer service. This was a long running glitch. I'd asked at TWO other stores in the last couple months about this very issue- a pop up RE: mobile data and was told it was nothing. Derek made it go away. It's really important to me that techs include me in the troubleshooting- I love to learn and am very independent, and Derek was very respectful of that.

Trimmed the wick to 1/8 inch and used the toppers with the candles. If ever a non-burning well candle, the staff always replaced with a smile...(was very very infrequent). I enjoyed shopping here; loved the displays and new scents. I feel so bad and disgusted that this store was closed! Now the closest store for us in this large area is one or two hours away. I don't understand what the corporate was thinking. It would be so good to find a new location in this area if being in Birchwood Mall was unacceptable. Please consider. I don't like shopping candles in the few department stores around; no friendly staff, no displays, not a great selection!
