If I could give us zero, I would. It doesn't even deserve a one rating. their customer service is lousy. They have no problem taking your money but when it comes to them owing you a refund it's like pulling teeth. It's been two months and I still haven't been refunded what I was told even by a supervisor that I would get refunded after the 16th of this month March. They will also tell you oh yeah, they've got cell towers out now that'll cover cover your area even though you go to their coverage map and you find out that it said not suggested or not good in that area. But they want to head and sold it to us anyway. Not a good company And they do not take care of their customers that are having problems. read more
