There was one associate there who was trying to help who's name started with T, but who was blocked by the others. They were nasty pieces of work. Rude, pushy, unhelpful and unprofessional. Horrible representatives of T-Mobile. I will likely change companies after today's experience. I would rate less than one star if I could.

Let me just start by saying this location is actually pretty great. They have an amazing team and…read moreitems on hand. They lost a star because of the call in service that must be utilized in the store for account changes. I spent nearly 4 hours in this location attempting to change a personal account to a business account. This was not the fault of the store employees. There were four people and they all worked tirelessly to get my account switched over. They even made sure to keep me entertained with talking and item demonstrations.
