Paper thin delicate dough wrapped around tiny meat balls topped with garlic yogurt, Black Sea walnuts and melter butter. This stuff is insanely decadent and I literally think about it year round when I am away from this place. The general populace seems to agree with me as they have now grown from a tiny basement storefront to a full on modern facility. But the quality has lacked, the ladies are still rolling fresh pasta as you wait. This place is worth a trip to Sinop alone!
