Jeremy has an extremely high turnover rate with lawyers and employees that he hires. Jeremy likes to play around in the "Google Review" sandbox, but those reviews are not credible, and be sure to check the dates when they were posted. Jeremy lost control of his company and had 3-4 employees quit his law firm in the middle of my case without even a phone call or email telling me that his business was falling apart. Katelyn is the only reason Jeremy gets any clients because she pumps Jeremy and the law firm up so much the agreement/contract sounds to good to be true and it's all a complete scam. I was assigned to an uneducated lawyer named BAILEY B. LAZZARI who had no clue what she was talking about or even doing with my case!?! It was impossible to reach ANYONE at the law firm and everyone would avoid your phone calls, emails, and messages. Bailey missed multiple meeting times over the phone and Jeremy still charged me for those phone calls and meetings. Bailey lied about filing for my temporary license and she was the reason I lost my job and Jeremy could have cared a less or even knew what was going on. I had to personally go into his law office, not once, but 3 different times to try and get any answers or responses from anybody about my case and what was going on with my license!?! I finally meet Jeremy for the first time and he nonchalantly tells me that BAILEY B. LAZZARI is no longer with the firm (got fired or quit). I was basically left high and dry without even the respect or courtesy of a phone call from anybody at the law firm. The arrogance and lack of professionalism instantly made me not like Jeremy and I questioned everything he said from that moment on. Jeremy's law firm is a reflection of how he runs his business and how disconnected he is from reality and the people that work for him. Jeremy tried to think he was doing me a favor by lowering my bill to an even $1000 and was willing to wipe off all these other bogus charges because he knew he was in the wrong and messed up big time. I didn't believe the bill he came up with or one word that came out of his mouth. I had to file a claim with my bank to have Jeremy show any of his paper trail or work that he did. He had zero accountability and all he did was show my bank the contract that I signed with no paper trail. Jeremy got his feelings hurt and was forced to do some work to show my bank that he did little to no work and my claim was settled. After my claim was settled, Jeremy then went back on his word and charged me another $400 + added onto my $1000 bill. All because Mr. Bow Tie couldn't handle being held accountable and his ego got hurt. Jeremy is a pathetic excuse for a human and a lawyer for the state of Wyoming. Jeremy should be ashamed for what he has done and charged not only me, but other people around the community that I have spoke with. I am simply here to share my story and horrible experience with Jeremy Hugus and I would hope you consider ANYBODY else. Do not have this guy ever represent you in a case where your job, reputation, and future are at stake because he is all about the money and not his clients.
