They arrived on time, but after three hours, only two bathrooms and part of another room had been cleaned. Did not make the bed, as asked. The kitchen, living areas, and floors had not been touched. I contacted the owner, and he agreed to give them an additional hour. Thirty minutes into that extra time, they were both still cleaning the same bathroom. I texted the owner again to let him know they still hadn't started the remaining rooms and sent a video showing one of the cleaners on her phone, taking pictures (not selfies) of my bedroom and my belongings while the vacuum was running and she was texting someone. I was granted another extra hour, but the same cleaner who had been taking pictures then spent about 30 minutes pushing the vacuum back and forth in the same spot, mostly just staring into space, which was captured on my security cameras. The owner granted yet another hour. At that point, they rushed through the kitchen, living areas, and floors, then asked me to leave a Google review. After they finished, my child walked into the house and asked why it smelled like a wet dog. We don't have a dog. Their mops were clearly dirty, and nothing smelled fresh or clean. The only cleaner I noticed was the window cleaner, because I was standing right next to her when she used it. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

Daiani came over the next day to see my house and 2 days later she came and did the cleaning. My wife and I are very happy with her attention to detail and D&F will be our cleaning company moving forward. Also pricing is very fair and affordable. Also, she did an amazing job cleaning our oven. It looks brand new and almost as if she used magic to clean it. I highly recommend D&F!

Appliances were moved and cleaned inside, outside and behind. Blinds were cleaned alongside baseboards and ceiling fans. I was so impressed with the mirrors and bathroom shower glass that I had to ask her what she used, I could not see one smudge or mark, they were all crystal clear. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, if I could give 10 stars I would.

A Rep came by to take a look at the house and then submitted a very reasonable estimate and we set an appointment. Kelly and her team came in and they were a cleaning tornado. Nothing was missed, appliances look like new (oven, fridges, stove tops) lighting fixtures sparkle, The shower looked better then when it was brand new (3 years ago) Cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms cleaned inside and out. The house has never looked better. I wish I had called FIVE STARS sooner and enjoyed living with the results myself. Thank you Kelly, you and your team are awesome.

I first hired Kelly and her crew to clean my house in September 2022. After requesting a date and…read morehaving it confirmed, she came back later and said that date was no longer available. Luckily, I was able to be flexible and work with her new schedule. It wasn't convenient, but I was desperate. I paid 3 people each what equates to $40/hr for a "deep clean." It needed some extra attention, but was not in bad shape. It felt pretty expensive, but they did a good job. Skip to December 2022, when I contact Kelly to hire her crew again. I request any time before Christmas and am told "maybe the 15th." I said I need to know for sure. She said, okay.. 15th and I'll tell you the time two days before. I said no, that doesn't work as I have other things to schedule and need a smaller window. She said she'd probably be able to be here sometime between noon and four. I asked if we could narrow the window to 12-2 and she said she hasn't planned that far in advance. (Mind you, today is the 7th and we're talking about service on the 15th.) I said I could wait a couple of days for her to create a schedule, but not a week. And she said we should just cancel. Clearly, Kelly has no interest in working for her clients. She makes you feel like you need to win her approval in order to be lucky enough to overpay her for her poorly-managed services. Kelly Sato Miranda: do better. *Responding: I was willing to forgive your scheduling problems once, that's why I attempted to hire you again. But no, not even the worst box store could get away with a "maybe" delivery date and a "sometime" delivery time. If you want to be the best, treat your clients like you would want to be treated. If you want to be compared to Comcast customer service, well.. then you still need to improve!

Before I hired NaturoClean I tried another cleaning service and I was so disappointed because that other service (which I will not name) left dirt everywhere. Right after they left I found dog fur and dirt under the couches, and anything I picked up had a layer of dust under it - they hadn't swept or vacuumed or dusted in places you couldn't readily see! NaturoClean leaves my house immaculately clean! I find it easy to keep it clean for the two weeks before they arrive again, but I don't have time or energy for that deep cleaning they do.
