I just cannot say enough good about this place!
My Dad was in there for about 7 weeks.
It was the cleanest facility I have ever been in!
From the moment you walk in the door, Connie at the front desk greets you! She is great to visit with and answers any questions you may have. She is very knowledgeable about the facility.
Dad was in Bayside View, first for rehab and then in Hospice.
The staff there....I can't give them enough praise! From maintenance, cleaning, Office people, activity director, Dining room, CNS's, and nurses....they were all spectacular! Michelle from the dining room took such good care of "Bob #2" as she called him! Dad was a very picky eater and he really enjoyed the food there! Even if it was ground! He hadn't eaten so much for the last several years because he had been living by himself.
Bethany and Carolyn, Head nurses, were the best! I lived in Arkansas and would call them day and night to ask them about Dad! If I didn't call them...they would call me to keep me informed! Carolyn was there for his last day and last breaths. She was amazing! So caring and empathetic!
The place is beautifully located on the lake with a gorgeous sunroom to go enjoy. They have activities for them if they want to participate and they go outside just to sit and enjoy the nice days. The rooms are very spacious and private! They get to bring in what they want to personalize it to make it feel like home. The maintenance guy was so very nice at putting the things up on the walls for us. We have no complaints about this place at all! I told my husband if I ever have to go anyplace...I would like to come here! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for caring for my Dad! read more
