I can honestly say that we would not have our home today (our dream home) if not for his knowledge and guidance. Plain and simple. I've bought and sold several houses and in my opinion, there is no one better to partner with in this process. He goes above and beyond in every way possible in a way that almost no one has in any business I've dealt with. Frankly put, I'd send my grandmother to him.

Over the years, we have been blessed to work with many wonderful people at the Caroline Dorris…read moreState Farm office, located at 2805 6th Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35233-3423. We first knew Bob Ezekiel (God rest him), who was a fine and honorable man. After his passing, the same spirit of professionalism and kindness continued. We are grateful to Caroline Dorris Banky, Paul Jones, Emma Preston, Wilma, and Taylor. Each of them has helped us in meaningful ways over the years. Paul Jones came out to our home early one morning to take photographs for our homeowners insurance. Some might say that is simply part of the job, but we appreciated his willingness and professionalism. He has also helped when we had questions about roadside assistance and other matters. He has been steady and dependable. Emma Preston has assisted us with our auto insurance and has always been pleasant, both over the phone and in person. Caroline Dorris Banky and the rest of the team have consistently taken time to explain things clearly when they might otherwise feel technical or confusing. Wilma and Taylor have also been helpful and professional whenever we have worked with them. Parking is easy and conveniently located right at the door, which is something many people appreciate. The waiting room is very comfortable, the magazines are up to date, and the office is clean and welcoming. In the hot Alabama summers, it is cool and comfortable inside, and during the winter months it is warm and inviting. Communication has consistently been prompt, and we have always felt respected and never rushed. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel hurried or impersonal, this office stands out. We are grateful for each person there who has taken the time to help us. God bless ! -- Mark and Tim Elders

The first few options that he came up with to accommodate this request were not thought through very well; I felt like he was not listening or understanding why we made the request. His support staff does a better job with customer interaction so the rest of the experience wasn't too bad.
