Beautiful home, but substandard renovations on what is clearly a hasty, poorly managed flip in which Mr. Lindsay holds a financial interest. Instead of politely declining or providing a counter, we were told "Do not delude yourself into thinking this is a starting point. I have no counter and all but zero interest in your client." We were shocked at this level of unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness. Beware if you work with this man. In further researching Mr. Lindsay, he has a clear history of overpricing homes along with questionable ethics and conduct.
