We had the worst experience with this company. The owner, Tyler Alexander, is rude, disrespectful…read moreand condescending. They did not complete the remodel that we contracted them to do. They bailed out half way through the job after we questioned the quality of their work and the damage that they did to our property. The workers fell through the second floor ceiling into the garage. When they attempted to repair the hole, they did a bad job of adjoining the sheetrock and didn't tape and float the repair. They broke the existing ceiling fan in the room. They wired an electrical outlet incorrectly and then left us without electricity at the end of their work day. The shower that we purchased was installed incorrectly because the wall that they put in was crooked. These men do not know how to measure. The back of the shower measures 47 inches and the entrance to the shower measures 49 inches. The first wall that they framed, had studs that didn't reach all the way to the ends, half of the screws were visible and the beam appeared to be floating. They would arrive late or leave for three to four hours in the middle of the day. We were originally told that the job would take 2-3 weeks and 3 1/2 weeks later they were at about midpoint when they decided that they "were not experts and could not finish the job" --- exact quote from Tyler Alexander. It was a nightmare.

Mr. Alexander was quick to collect but never asked me if I was happy with the work of if my expectations were met. The communication with the owner and his respect for a contract is poor.
