"A" for presentation and creativity, "C" for being able accommodate various tastes and dietary restrictions. I am a pretty adventurous eater but even for me, the menu was a little too weird and every item had something a bit off, not just a few.
I asked for guacamole, I got one beautifully plated with a BUNCH of grasshoppers on top AND instead of chips, I got pork rinds. The guacamole itself was tasty but having to deal with pushing fried insects was not ideal. Same goes for pretty much every item I ordered during my 4 day stay at the hotel. I will post gorgeous pics but keep in mind - the taste is not for everyone.
Breakfast menu is a bit more democratic, and if you want an American brunch experience - I recommend choosing items from the Toasts section of the menu. Overall, excellent ambiance, service and some food items, especially if you are into insects. read more
