I took a chance on their word and sped to get there as soon as I could. Arrived right on time and THANK GOD - they took me in even though their door was locked. Super nice. Kept to their word. I find the space a bit weird, kind of sterile - the waiting room is open and there is a lot of space - but it is clean. There is a pharmacy along one side with the friendliest pharmacist ever (he's so happy every time I'm there). I've been a handful of times for my toddler to see the doctor, usually after work at 5pm. There isn't usually anyone waiting - maybe 1 person - but sometimes the receptionist is on their 15-minute break - unfortunately I've usually still had to wait 15-20 minutes at each seemingly un-busy visit. I can only imagine what the wait is like when they have a full waiting room. They used to have their hours posted but now it says to call - usually they are open later in the evening Monday through Thursday, but I seem to recall that they always close at 4:30pm on Fridays. The doctors have been fine, no complaints, nothing unusual, nothing extraordinary either. I was able to get the flu shot for both my pregnant self and 2-year old too. Overall, nice to have more walk-in options in the area!

On the advice of the wound care nurse I requested a refill and was made to wait more than an hour for a damned refill! My time is clearly nothing to them. If I could give it zero stars I would. And to follow up, the same doctor that a week ago sent me away with an insufficient amount of antibiotics and not so much as a Band-Aid for a badly infected leg wound refused to refill the antibiotic prescription. To be clear, this is not because it's better. It still painful, inflamed, and oozing. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY HAVE NO EMPATHY AND DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT PATIENT CARE.

The doctors there are great - very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. they do a proper exam, with good advice - they don't just try to 'push' medications on you (unlike several other places I've been before). I've since moved from the area but I still go there because I feel this is the best walk-in I've been to. They're open every day including weekends, and have late hours. The wait times are decent- usually I'm in and out in 15-20 minutes, however it can be longer depending on the time of day/season. The staff are friendly and the place is clean and neat. The clinic is located in 'Thorncliffe Park', across the Street from the East York Town Centre, and just off the the 'industrial side' of leaside park. It's easy to get to, even if you're further off because the DVP is right by. The parking is good- they are located in a strip-mall so there are lots of spaces. Lastly - if you're hungry - make sure to go to their neighbour after - Bamiyan Kabob restaurant - yum!

My family doctor referred me to this clinic because of my chronic lower back pain. They have a chiropractic teaching clinic which I attend. There is a last-year chiropractor resident supervised by a supervising chiropractor. Supervision includes verbal review and video cameras in the treatment rooms. The charge is $100 for the initial assessment. A formal treatment plan is created. All treatments after that are free. You must be referred by a family doctor within the St. Michael's Hospital network.

She was outright mean to her assistants while I was there and always seemed in a bad mood. Flash forward: my baby is two and I book in to see my doctor because only after two years of being a new mom was I thinking about taking control of my own health. I booked in for a check up and the next day her office called to tell me because I didn't check in with her for two years she no longer is my doctor. Maybe I misunderstood the relationship between patient and doctor but I didn't think you could break up with a patient just cause I didn't have the need (or time) to book an appointment for myself. After this experience I did not want her as my doctor anyway. Good riddance. I never write reviews let alone bad ones but women.... with female issues...I wouldn't step foot in her office.
