Their process of "TOD" (transfer on death) is antiquated and incredibly slow. There is no in-person meeting with an agent. It's all done via a toll-free phone number, but I've wasted HOURS waiting on hold. Finally, after countless phone calls and sending in notarized documents, I'm finally getting my deceased father's account money. It has taken me over a month just to get to this point. Now, they tell me, "the check is in the mail." Unbelievable. I will never do business with Merrill Lynch! read more

I have so many glowing things to say about him and his company, but I'll just keep it to the basics right now. The process is quick and easy, and I can always reach him/his office the same day (if not the same hour). When big-name creditors like Capital One, car dealerships, and the like, have turned me down due to having less than stellar credit, Denny has always been able to work something out to assist me, while still adhering to the rules of credit and not entering into some sort of loan that I could not realistically afford. He is the ONLY straightforward and honest lenders I have ever worked with and has become my GO-TO person, which is significant as I moved from Minnesota to Texas in 2016. (5 loans to-date with #6 [Jan 2022] being my most recent for my [used] dream car!)
