After the experiences I've had in the past two months (April, May 3025) I'd need clear and convincing evidence to use anything *but* Sky Lakes. I witnessed repeated professional courtesies between all the staff, not just nurse to nurse. It was the first time I ever heard an RN personality thank a kitchen worker for bringing up a second supper tray for a patient whose appetite was coming back. I saw the RNs get some good advice from a CNA and used it -- they too thanked him. Those are all signs of a healthy professional relationship between colleagues, not simply peers. And *that* environment is what it takes to heal and become healthy. You can keep Portland. I hive Sky Lakes. .

Dr Harmon came up with a 4.9 google rating with almost 100 reviews. Needless to say, reviews and scores matter. Dr Harmon's practice is a great place to go. (Cascade Chiropractic & Rehab). From start to end, this place has been easy to deal with. Alex, the front desk gal was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped me understand what the limitations where with my insurance. Dr Harmon was friendly, engaging and inviting. He was very clear with what he was doing and didn't push you beyond your comfort zone. On the third visit I was finally able to allow him to work my neck. Then, off to Theresa for a therapeutical massage. This gal is good and works points much like others I've seen. She's kind and compassionate. I've seen Carla on another day and she had a little different style but is still really as good as Theresa. I highly recommend this place.

The NP felt that it might need further imaging to be sure it hadn't infected the bone, which is out of their capacity to perform. That seemed reasonable to me. All of the providers I've dealt with were professional, showed concern, and seemed to be well informed. I don't know what more can be expected from an Urgent Care facility. I can't compare them to Basin since I was only there once, the first visit, before they changed to Nova. I didn't notice any difference after the change. There are definitely times where the wait is long, but also times when there are few people and you can get in quickly. This would have little to do with Nova, and is just part of being a walk in facility. I would personally go to Nova before going to the Skylakes ER, where I've waited up to 9 hours to be seen.

I'm a first time mom and just moved to the area a few months ago, but knew that if we were to have another I'd want to use a midwifery. Turns out they also offer peds AND primary care services. I appreciate beyond words the thoroughness of our well-baby checkups, how I never feel embarrassed to ask all my questions or rushed. When my LO (now 6 months) came back with some odd measurements & bruising at 3 months, it wasn't just brushed off. Dr. Blevins left the room to do a little more research, and then came back with a referral to check things out. Everything turned out fine after a few more weeks at a follow-up (so maybe I could have held off on a few tests), and she agreed when I asked if we could postpone the last 2 blood draws. (It probably won't always be the case, but it sounds like they're taking new OB/gyn patients but there may be a waiting list for primary care, just a head's up). "ambiance" note: While everyone has been super friendly, I've never felt like they're trying to sell me on something or are "fake-nice" ... which I've experienced at other midwiferies. It's a comfortable, genuine environment.
