I have never worked with such a responsive, kind and personable agent in my life, a fairly long life at that. I'm moving out of state and am so bummed he can't be my agent in new state, or at least duplicated. He never makes you feel stupid and you feel comfortable asking him any question. I don't think I ever waited more than 24 hours for a returned phone call and he always goes above and beyond. Can't go wrong with Phil as your agent!

Mom turned 86 last year so we decided to sell her car therefore removal of her car from the policy. We were told that her monthly payment would be halved from what she had been paying. When we received the bill, the rate was only $12 cheaper than what we had been paying. When o called to question why the difference, I was told that we'd have been better off leaving the car on the policy ‍ And that she would have to pull my moms credit to try and get the rate down! $1900 a year on a 1200 sq ft house seems unreasonable to me. I called 6 times to try and speak to the agent, but she would never return my call. She was very curt with me the first time we spoke and got mad that I stood up for my mom after 40 years of giving them her business! My advice would be to not use this agency!

I have 9 policies with them. Not a joke. You can message me if you want to know why, but I'd…read morerather not be posting my business all over the place ;) My relationship with them started in 2001 when I purchased a house. They were the insurance company my Realtor recommended. I did not think too much of them at that point, and around 2003 I started looking for other options. I didn't find much in the way that was seriously competitive (I've found a maximum of $49 a year savings thus far if I moved 4 policies to another carrier with a pretty bad rating). I decided to stick with them. In 2004 I got another policy through them. I got into it with the insurance company about a repair, but Bush was not involved and it was no fault of theirs the underwriter was being a jackass. 2004 was about the time when insurance companies were scrambling to cover their asses. I look again at other places, I could have saved $26, Bush was right on Thomson lane near my house and I could drop in any time, I decided to stay with Bush. Geico, who was my car/motorcycle insurance started a new ad campaign that was bugging me, so I decided to check with Bush and see what they had, and in 15 minutes I saved nearly $400 a year by switching FROM Geico. Awww yeah... Several things happen... Cut to last month - I purchase a nice used car and notice my rates go up as now both cars are insured... "but I'm only driving one of them while attempting to sell the old one" - annoys me, I go out to check as my wife's insurance has been wooing me (actually a lot of companies do, long story). And after a woo, we exchange 200 pieces of information, and my auto policies would be $97 less if I included the home, and if I didn't I would be losing $62 a year. So, Bush's picks still manage to be on top. I've been working with Kelly over there for coming up on 10 years now. I've even told her I need information to compare with another company, and it always comes in exactly the format I need. So yeah, I'm pretty happy.
