Worst divorce lawyer ever. Didn't do her job, leaving me to get it done. She was in contact with my ex and threw me under the bus. it was a constant hassle just to get her on the phone to remind her of what she was supposed to be doing. she wanted no payment up front. she's not trustworthy at all. she got her money and dismissed me. wanted me to pay her $250.00 each to get the quick claim deeds that is part of the job I paid her for to begin with. Meredith Wineland was totally unresponsive to me after she received my fee. During the eight week period after I requested that she file for divorce , she did not initiate communication with me in any fashion at any time. During this same period, I reached out to her on ten (10) different occasions via email to request guidance, answers to specific questions, and/or appointments but she was unresponsive to me. She never answered a single question or provided any guidance to me. She refused to return the fee although she didn't provide service. read more

If I were a client if Wineland, I know that shes gonna stoop as low as it takes to win my case, especially if her good buddy Judge McCallister if proceeding over the case. She gets him to sign off on orders that are different than what the DEcree states and makes it to where opposing party cant follow the order... making them in contempt. Shes the posterchild(or poster elderly) for lawyer stereotypes; greedy, ruthless, cunning, criminal, and soulless.
