It's a Mercedes dealership so you would expect excellence, just don't rely on the text service to let you know your part has come in!
That aside I have recently had my car in their for service and I can't complain about anything.
Booking in was easy, as you would expect with a Mercedes dealership! I'm normal times they have an area that you can sit and work from while you wait for your car to be returned to you, clearly as we are still in the pandemic that's a no go!
They have their COVID protocols in place so you enter masked up, all the receptionist are shielded as you would expect.
I was constantly updated on the stages that my car was at during its service and asked what time I would like to collect it.
My car was washed and clean upon my arrival, so I couldn't ask for anything else from them.
I was escorted out to my car walked around it and wished as nice a day as you could have given the circumstances we are all living in!!
I can't fault the service from the staff, only reason it's 4 stars is they didn't tell me when something I ordered had come in. Other than that you know what you are getting from a Mercedes dealership and they do live up to it. read more
