After I withdrew thousands of dollars out of my account, they closed my account with out telling me. I've had deposits go to this bank that I have yet to receive, them when I called they claim they couldn't open my account to see where my deposits went, then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay $5 a statement to receive that information. I would never do business with them again, they only look out for certain people, and it's sad to say. Obviously my business is not wanted, but I will not let this rest till they give me the information I simply asked for. I called them two days ago, and they said they would have the manger call me back, and she never did. I'm extremely displeased! 1201 Broadway St Quincy, IL 62301 United States

After talking to a former employee at First Bankers, they advised to not use their service either.
